Treatment for Chronic Pain and Neuropathy Symptoms
What is EC stimulation
EC stimulation treats chronic and acute, drug-resistant and intractable (long-term) pain. This system provides specific-parameter signaling for muscle strengthening, efficacious neuromuscular reeducation, and muscle spasm activity relaxation.

This treatment works on pain through a method called electric cell signaling (EST). The EST treatments work to reestablish normal cellular healing. It provides pain relief due to:

-
Ligand/hormone activity imitation
-
pH normalization
-
Improved membrane permeability
-
Trophic improvement
-
Activation of Regeneration — CAMP (Cell repair and normalization)
-
Immune system support (Gap Junction) through enhanced communication cell-to-cell
It is the only EST device published in multiple medical journals and used in clinical research proving the ability to heal tissue and regenerate nerves.

Neuropathy is a condition that affects the nerves in your peripheral nervous system. It's this system of nerves that connects your spinal cord and brain to the rest of your body- like a communication super highway.
When any of the nerves in this system become damaged from injury, or disease like diabetes, it affects how your body and brain communicate.

Within the peripheral nervous system there are three types of nerves that ensure your body functions properly.

The sensory nerves carry signals through the spinal cord to your brain to help you recognize sensations, like hot and cold. The motor nerves takes messages away from your brain that tell your muscles how to respond to stimuli, such as getting your bare feet away from something that is too hot.

You also have autonomic nerves that control functions of the body that you hardly think about like, blood pressure, heart rate, and digestion.

Damage to any of these nerve cells can cause a variety of symptoms that interfere with your senses, coordination and physical health.
What are the symptoms of Neuropathy?
Your neuropathy symptoms depend on the system where the nerve damage occurs. If the damage affects your sensory nerves you may experience tingling or numbness in your hands and feet or lose your reflexes and coordination. You may also lose the ability to feel temperature changes or experience touch or pain.

If your motor nerves are damaged you may experience muscle weakness, cramping or loss of muscle control.

When the autonomic nerves are affected, physical symptoms may include:
Diarrhea, Dizziness, Weight loss, Digestion problems or Abnormal heart rate and blood pressure.
Treatment
At NuLife Wellness Center, we offer an innovative new therapy for the treatment of Neuropathy. The therapy will treat neuropathy and pain at the source rather than masking the pain with medications. It is non-invasive and has minimal side effects. Patients describe the tingling and vibrating pressure of the 20-minute treatment session to be a pleasurable sensation and experience. The average patient will start to notice changes in their symptoms after 6-15 treatments, but some will notice relief sooner. It is important that patients receive multiple treatments to achieve optimal results. If you are a candidate, this treatment is FDA cleared and covered by Medicare and Most Major Insurances.
